• LAICA EXTRA DARK CHOCOLATE BAR 150 gr
• BUTTER 120 gr
• SUGAR 255 gr
• EGGS x3
• BITTER COCOA 20 gr
• A PINCH OF SALT
• FLOUR 00 80 gr

How to prepare
1 Melt the chocolate with the butter.
2 Combine the dry ingredients: sugar, flour, salt and mix well.
3 In another bowl combine: eggs, with melted dark chocolate and butter, stir well and add that mixture to dry ingredients.
4 Pour the mixture into a greased square pan and bake at 180º for 35-40 minutes.
5 Cool and cut into squares.
6 Serve with a sprinkled of powdered sugar.
